I’m Learnin’ It!
Infographics * Data Visualization * Packaging Design
McDonald’s isn’t just a fast food chain - it’s a cultural symbol, and the Happy Meal is one of its most iconic products: a box of food, fun, and childhood nostalgia.
“I’m Learnin’ It!” reimagines that familiar format as a tool for learning, not just consuming. Using real facts and playful visuals, the project transforms the box into an unexpected moment of discovery - where design, education, and critique come together in one bite-sized experience.

Not Just a Meal.
A Message.
This infographic-based project was developed as part of my Visual Communication degree.
Tasked with translating real-world data into a visual product, I chose to redesign McDonald’s iconic Happy Meal box - not as a branded treat, but as an educational object that delivers surprising facts.
By combining bold, kid-friendly visuals with real statistics, I created a package that playfully informs while maintaining the charm of the original. User experience was key: each panel is carefully designed to be intuitive, engaging, and easy to explore.
I dove into the world of fast food, exploring McDonald’s global impact and lesser-known facts. From carbon emissions to burger pricing, I gathered real data that could be translated into short, digestible fun facts for kids.
To make the message resonate with children, I chose to stay close to McDonald's iconic visual identity - bright colors, rounded shapes, and simple icons - while twisting the tone to emphasize curiosity and discovery.
I designed the box not just as packaging, but as a playful, data-driven experience.
Each side reveals a different layer of information: a burger-shaped bar chart breaks down price differences around the world, a layered bar chart shaped like a drink cup visualizes the growth of McDonald's branches globally, and the rest is filled with fun fact icons - delivering real insights in a light, approachable tone.
